Every project is custom-scoped, but the overall flow stays clear: enquiry, scope, deposit, creation, review, final payment, launch, and optional maintenance.
Discover and scope
We start by understanding your goals, whether you need a custom website, an e-commerce setup, or targeted social media content, along with the main deliverables required for the project.
This is where we define the project properly: what is included, what is not, what content is needed from the client, and whether anything should be quoted as a separate feature. Clear scope matters because it protects both the build and the working relationship.
Once the brief is clear, we prepare a focused quotation based on project complexity, platform requirements (like Shopify or Shopee), or video count. Work is scheduled after the quote is approved and the 50% deposit is received.

Design and create
After the quote is approved and the deposit is received, we move into creation and development. The project is built around the agreed scope, content, structure, and visual direction.
This is where the approved website structure, e-commerce layout, or content storyboard takes shape, along with the core messaging and user paths that support your goals. If content or scope changes significantly at this stage, those changes are discussed before they are treated as part of the build.
Clients review the build or media files and share feedback during the agreed revision stage so the final deliverables can be refined before launch. The aim is to improve the approved solution, not to restart the project direction from scratch.
Custom design and strategy are included in every project, but the scope still needs to stay defined. Clear boundaries make better launches and better client relationships.
Review, launch, and support
Once the project is approved, we prepare it for delivery by checking the agreed pages, store functionalities, social media assets, and launch details across the build.
Final handover happens after the outstanding balance is settled. That keeps ownership, launch, and access transfer simple and clear for both sides.
After launch, clients can opt for maintenance if they want continued technical upkeep, store management, or smaller updates. Larger changes, new platform setups, and new features are scoped separately rather than being bundled into support by default.

- Launch readiness. Final checks for the agreed pages, e-commerce store configurations, or social media assets before handover or launch.
- Payment and handover. The remaining balance is due before final handover or launch, after which files, access, and agreed delivery items are released.
- Post-launch support. A short post-launch support period covers original project issues. Ongoing maintenance or content retainers are available separately for clients who need continued upkeep.
